This manual, e-book on CD, contains the following information and features:

1.      Complete US Army Corps Of Engineers Navigation Charts, all 981 miles of the Ohio River, from the “point” at Pittsburgh downstream to the Mississippi River. These charts are viewable from the CD and are printable. (Charts downloaded courtesy of the US Army Corps Of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Their permission for use is gratefully acknowledged. A special thanks to the Pittsburgh, Huntington and Louisville Districts for mapping the Ohio River.) These Charts are not for navigation. They are for orientation and reference only!

2.      Complete fishing and boating notes on each and every pool of the river. These notes follow the Corps Of Engineer Charts for quick and easy reference. They were compiled with the assistance of several experienced Ohio River anglers and boaters. The kind of anglers who always seem to “get on” fish. The kind of boaters who always know where to go and what to do.

3.      Approximately 50 articles written by Ed Harp about the Ohio River or on techniques, locations, species of fish and other matters of interest to the Ohio River angler or boater.

4.      Advice from experienced river anglers on how to fish your favorite pool and catch your favorite species.

5.      More than 100 photographs showing locations, fish, effective lures/rigs, landmarks and other areas of interest.

6.      Information on facilities, launch ramps and shore fishing locations.

7.      Complete listing of internet sources for information on the Ohio River, fishing, boating and the weather.
